GOOD FOR YOU
Expressing yourself through artistic and creative activities is like a prescription for your mental health. Turning to creativity has been proven in extensive research to relieve both stress and anxiety. Creativity also helps lessen the shame, anger, and depression felt by those who have experienced trauma.
There is no right or wrong way to be creative. The Everyone Creates series encourages, reminds, supports, celebrates and promotes the pure joy of one's own creativity - and the importance of making creativity a habit.
Myth buster: Everyone IS creative. In fact, some of the most creative people can only draw stick figures (because creativity is not about your drawing abilities!). See you local studio for more information ❤️
Visit these studios and explore all
of the creative avenues they offer!
